BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Purchasing tickets online is an acceptance of Jump’s terms of entry. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave before the end of their session if they do not observe these rules.

Tickets purchased online are only valid for the day and session for which they are purchased.

Each online ticket purchase must include at least one adult over the age of 18 who must be in attendance for the whole session. All people in your group, regardless of age, must be included on your online ticket to gain entry to Jump.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be changed, refunded, or transferred.

All people included in your online ticket purchase must enter Jump at the same time. No additional people can be added to your ticket on the day.

All sessions are 2 hours (with the exception of 1.5 hours for the 4.30pm-6pm after school session) in duration from the start time stated on your booking confirmation, not the time you enter the centre. No overstay will be permitted.

There is no adult only entry to Jump.

There is no child only entry to Jump.

Published adult charges will apply to all young persons between the age of 13 and 17.

BLUE BADGE ENTRY - A certain amount of free entry tickets are available each session for children who hold a blue badge. You will need to telephone your local Jump centre to make a blue badge booking and present the badge on arrival to gain entry. We do not accept localised council discount cards such as the 'pink card'.

A certain amount of free entry spaces are available per session for customers with free entry vouchers, you must telephone your local Jump centre to book these in. Failure to present the vouchers on arrival will result in denied entry. Please also note that free entry vouchers are not valid for special events.

Discounts are available for childminders, foster carers and home educators. Please telephone your local centre for details. If you are booking for one of the above discounts, failure to present a valid discount card on arrival will result in denied entry and no refund will be given.

Prices stated online are our online tariff, additional walk in charges apply to those arriving without a booking.

Adults in charge of the child/children are solely responsible for the control, care, and safety of their child/children at all times whilst at Jump. 16–18-year-olds can supervise their own children, 18+ year olds can supervise children which are not their own.

Those in charge of the child/children are under no circumstances allowed to leave the building without taking the child/children within their care with them.

Jump reserves the right to request anyone, child, or adult, to leave if their behaviour is likely to threaten the safety or enjoyment of others.

All notices and guidelines regarding the safe use of the equipment (rules of play) must be observed at all times. Refusal to observe these rules will result in the child or adult being asked to leave.

In the event of any accident or injury please notify a member of the team to assist you and provide first aid.

Any customers that are unwell must not use the facilities.

Jump has a Café facility with an extensive range of hot and cold food and drinks. We therefore do not allow customers to bring any own food or drink onto the premises. If you or anyone visiting with you has an allergy, please ask to speak with a manager who will assist you with finding menu items that are suitable for you.

Food and drink must not be taken into the toddler area or on to any of the play equipment.

Jump is an alcohol free premises. Any customer found to be consuming or under the influence of alcohol will be asked to leave.

We are strictly a no smoking venue. This includes the use of any electronic smoking devices on our premises.

Jump does not take responsibility for property lost or left behind on the premises. Found items will be donated to charity if not collected within 14 days.

CCTV cameras are for the sole use of the company only as part of the security procedures of the building to monitor exit, entrance, and payment points.

Personal items are left at own risk, Jump cannot accept any liability for theft.

We reserve the right to cancel and change sessions with less than 20 customers booked.

During spells of extreme weather, we may on occasion close earlier or open later than our normal operating hours, our live sessions and opening hours for all centres can be found on our booking page at www.123jump.co.uk

Entry is based upon customer acceptance and adherence of the above stated rules, bookings terms & rules of play.
JUMP RULES OF PLAY

‘Kind play’ policy - Kind hands, feet and words are required.

Our team are here to help – please ask if you need assistance.

Balls must remain in ball pool areas and not be thrown.

Slides must be used correctly facing forward, sat down and no running up/down.
-
Food and drink must not be taken into any of the play areas.
-
Shoes must not be worn on any of the equipment.
-
Socks must be worn at all times for hygiene and safety.
-
We recommend that children wear clothing which appropriately covers their arms and legs whilst playing to prevent friction burns.

Jump cannot take any responsibility for any damages made to clothing or belongings whilst using the equipment.

Jewellery and any loose objects in pockets should be removed prior to play.

In centres that feature a slide where mats are required – please use.

In centres that feature a drop slide, the minimum height for a child to use this equipment is 1.2 metres.

Our toddler areas are specifically designed for younger children of 4 years and under (Preschool). School aged children are unable to use these areas.

Equipment/toys within our preschool area must remain in this area at all times.

We provide baby change facilities within our toilets, please refrain from changing your baby in any other areas of the centre.
FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY - EVENTS

During events, filming & photography takes place for promotional content to post on our social media pages and website. If you prefer not to be filmed/photographed please let a manager know on entry. If you would like further information please contact your local centre.
PARKING AT OUR CENTRES

Parking is limited at our centres during busier sessions. Please ensure you arrive with plenty of time to park in neighbouring areas if our car park is full or alternatively travel by public transport.

Please park legally as parking wardens operate in the area. Jump cannot be held responsible for any customers receiving penalty charge notices for parking illegally or clamping as a result of parking on neighbouring private properties.
